We take the time to get to know you, your travel style, interests, preferences, the places and experiences that excite you, and the pace that feels right.

From there, we carefully curate your itinerary, with accommodations, experiences, local recommendations, and logistics into one seamless itinerary designed exclusively for you.

This is an adaptable process and we can make tweaks and changes until you are comfortable and excited for your trip.

Our Process

Discover

It all begins with a conversation. We will schedule a phone or video call, booked by appointment, to get to know you and your travel preferences.

This is a complimentary 30-45 minute consultation.

Design

If we're the right fit, we'll begin designing your bespoke itinerary.

At this stage, a Journey Design Fee applies, which is fully credited against your final trip balance should you choose to travel with Irish Routes.

We'll recommend places to stay, memorable experiences and the best route to connect them all, before refining the journey together until it feels just right.

Confirm

Once your itinerary feels just right, we'll confirm your booking with a 25% deposit, along with any supplier deposits where required.

The remaining balance is typically due 60 days before departure.

Prepare

We will work on the booking confirmations and start preparing some local recommendations.

Before you travel, you'll receive your beautifully presented final itinerary, complete with practical information, recommendations and everything you need for a seamless journey.
